1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Farming Paradise website, game server, or store at farmingparadiserust.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services or make any purchases.
2. Digital Goods & Purchases
All items sold through the Farming Paradise store are virtual, in-game goods and services. These include but are not limited to VIP tiers, resource packs, skill points, and server subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital good or service for use within the Farming Paradise game server.
- Delivery of in-game items is automated and typically occurs within moments of payment confirmation.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be resold, traded, or transferred for cash.
- Server wipes, updates, or plugin changes may affect in-game items. Subscription benefits persist through wipes; one-time items are delivered per-wipe as applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned," all sales are non-refundable. This applies to:
- One-time purchases (RP packs, skill points, items)
- Lifetime VIP purchases
- Monthly subscriptions (you may cancel future billing, but the current period is non-refundable)
- Donations
If you are banned from the server for violating our rules, your purchases will not be refunded. Purchasing VIP or items does not exempt you from server rules or grant immunity from moderation actions.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Monthly VIP subscriptions auto-renew through Stripe or PayPal. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal, and your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
5. Server Rules & Bans
Farming Paradise reserves the right to ban or restrict any player from the server at the discretion of the administration. Reasons include but are not limited to:
- Cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized modifications
- Harassment, toxicity, or disruptive behavior
- Violating server-specific rules
6. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the server and store available, but we do not guarantee uptime. The server may go offline for maintenance, updates, wipes, or unforeseen issues. Extended downtime does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
7. Lifetime VIP
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Farming Paradise server, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If the server permanently shuts down, lifetime VIP benefits end with it. We'll do our best to give advance notice if that ever happens.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.
